Commercial Real Estate Prospecting Specialist
Part-Time | Remote | Performance-Based Growth Opportunity
We are looking for someone with grit, personality, and a strong ability to handle rejection without losing momentum. If you can hear “no” 100 times and still show up ready to win, this role is for you.
This position plays a key role in our Commercial and Investment Real Estate division. You will be the first point of contact for property owners, investors, and decision-makers who need to understand their options when it comes to selling, holding, or repositioning real estate.
You will be trained directly by the broker and given real opportunity to grow into a high-earning role.
What You’ll Do
• Prospect via phone, email, and targeted outreach campaigns
• Initiate and manage high volumes of conversations daily
• Follow up consistently with inbound and outbound leads
• Build rapport, nurture relationships, and stay top of mind
• Set qualified appointments for the brokerage team
• Maintain detailed records of all communication and pipeline activity
Performance Expectations and KPIs
• Complete onboarding and training within your first week
• Beginning week 2, set a minimum of 5 qualified appointments per week
• Appointments are defined as property owners open to understanding their options, not just those ready to sell today
• Maintain consistent daily outreach across calls, emails, and follow ups
• Meet or exceed daily activity benchmarks provided during training
• Track and report all activity at the end of each shift, including:
• Number of calls made
• Emails and messages sent
• Conversations held
• Follow ups completed
• Appointments set
• Maintain accurate and organized CRM records at all times
Tools and Systems
• Utilize advanced commercial real estate data platforms for prospecting and research
• Leverage artificial intelligence as a required part of your workflow for:
• Role play and skill development
• Conversation review and improvement
• Opportunity analysis and data insights
• Follow structured systems designed to maximize efficiency and consistency

Compensation
• $20 per hour
• 20 hours per week
• Performance-based bonuses tied to results
• Realistic earning potential of $50,000 to $90,000 annually when combining base and bonus
